• What is the XLine?

  The new Xline is the world’s longest urban zipline, set in Dubai Marina and measuring 1 KM in length. It is also one of the steepest and fastest with an incline of 16 degrees and travelling at an average of 80 KM per hour.

• When is the XLine experience open?

  XLine Dubai Marina is open on Wednesday to Monday, 10am to 12:30pm & 2pm to 5pm.

• How much does the XLine experience cost?

  Take advantage of the Special Summer Rates: Solo ride for 1 person is AED 399 and Double Trouble ticket for 2 people is AED 699. The Summer Rates will run from June 3rd until September 30th 2020.

• Who can ride the XLine?

  You must be aged 12 to 60 years old. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian on the appointment date. You must be a minimum height of 130 cm, weigh 50-100 kg, and in a good medical condition. Make sure you read our Terms and Conditions to see all the requirements to ride.

• How do we get to the XLine, is there a shuttle bus?

  The XLine meeting and check-in point is at the Dubai Marina Mall, XLine booth on level P. There is no shuttle bus to the Marina Mall organized by XDUBAI but you can take the metro (Marina Mall Metro Station) or taxi. There is also plenty of parking available for you at the mall.You can find the exact location of the mall here

• Is the XLine safe?

  The XLine is built and operated by highly qualified and globally certified teams. Our team carries out daily testing and regular maintenance of the line, making sure safety is always first.

• How many can ride at a time?

  XLine Dubai Marina is a double line experience, which means 2 people can ride next to each other at the same time. 1 customer per line.

• How fast will I go?

• How high is the take-off platform?

  The take-off platform is located at top of one of the Amwaj Towers and is 170m above ground level.

• What type of harness do you use?

  We use superman harnesses, which means you’re lying belly-down giving you a thrilling flight-like experience.

• What should I wear?

  Please wear comfortable clothing, closed shoes and no skirts, dresses, flip flops or any loose footwear. Hair should be tied up, and any large accessories like earrings, bracelets and superhero capes should be left at home. Also, please respect the local UAE culture and dress modestly.

• Can I ride the XLine in my national dress?

  Yes, but please wear closed shoes to avoid losing your footwear during the ride. For additional comfort, sportswear is highly recommended.

• Can friends and family watch my XLine ride?

  Yes, of course! Friends and family will get the best views from the Marina Promenade or the Dubai Marina Mall ground floor terrace. Please note, XLine riders ONLY are allowed onto the shuttle and the take-off platform.

• How long does the experience last?

  The entire experience lasts for approximately 90 minutes, from registering at the XLine booth in Dubai Marina Mall until you complete the zipline ride.

• Are there lockers available to store my belongings?

  Small lockers are available to store small items such as handbags, wallets, keys and mobile phones. There is no locker space for shopping bags, luggage etc. Storage is limited, so please empty your locker after completing your ride.

• Can I bring my phone or my own camera with me on the ride?

  Yes! Now you can go live and share you experience with your friends and family up until the take-off platform ONLY. Mobile phones will not be allowed during the zipline experience. Cameras will NOT be allowed for safety reasons, plus we got you covered! Our professional camera team will be on site.

• Can I get photos and/or video footage of my XLine experience?

  Yes! A camera will be attached to your helmet throughout the experience. A personalized video and photos will be sent to the email you used to register.

• Can I buy the XLine experience for someone else?

  Yes, gift cards are available for purchase at the XLine booth in Dubai Marina Mall.

Select the xline. Notice that it has three grips. Drag the grips to perform the following actions: Drag the midpoint grip to move the xline. Drag the other grips to rotate the xline. • How can I book a slot to do the XLine at the Dubai Marina?

  Please click here to book your experience online. Alternatively, you can visit the XDubai Shops in Dubai Marina Mall or Dubai Mall and purchase and purchase a gift voucher.

• Can I turn up on the day and buy a ticket?

  Yes, subject to availability. However, due to the popularity of the XLine ride, we recommend that you book your ticket in advance to secure your slot.

• What modes of payments do you accept for bookings?

  We currently accept card payments only. Cash will not be accepted.

• What is your refund/rescheduling policy?

  Rebooking will only be permitted if: • Rebooking takes place more than 48 hours in advance, subject to availability • Weather conditions prevent the XLine from operating Refunds will only be issued if: • Other operational reasons preventing the XLine from operating • Refunds will only be permitted if circumstances beyond XDubai’s control require an indefinite closure of the XLine Applications for refunds will be rejected if: • The customer fails to show up within 15 minutes after the appointment time mentioned on the ticket • The customer attempts to change a booking within 48 hours of the appointment time • The customer does not meet the safety requirements set out in our terms and conditions. Any changes to a booking will involve issuing a refund and then creating a new booking.

• Can I change the date of my booking?

  Yes, you can change the time and day up to 48 hours before the date of your booking, and subject to availability. Please call the Customer Service Team on +971 56 507 6366

• Can I transfer a ticket booked in my name to someone else?

  Yes, however all riders must meet the requirement to participate in the activity as mentioned in our terms and conditions.

Time it right

We’re ready to take off Thursday to Monday and closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All we ask is that you’re between 12 to 65 years of age, taller than 130cm, weigh 50 to 100kg and in good medical health. Click here to read our full terms and conditions for riding the XLine.

It’s quick and easy to book the XLine. First decide whether you want to fly solo, or have twice the fun by flying with friends or loved ones. Once you’re ready you can book the date and time here. Keep an eye on your email for booking confirmation.

Check In

On the big day, you should arrive at the XLine booth in Dubai Marina Mall (Level P), to get registered by the XLine team at your appointment time – you don’t want to be late! Don’t forget to bring some valid ID (passport, driving license or Emirates ID) and your confirmation email.We’ll need to weigh you make sure we pair you up to a harness, helmet and trolley that’s right for you. Then, there’s just a quick safety briefing and you’re off to the point of no return…

You’re then ready to go zip lining from one of the Amwaj Towers across the marina to the Dubai Marina Mall. Look out for the Princess Tower and Cayan Tower on the way down!Don’t forget to return your camera along with your wristband so that you can receive your video and pictures.
