My thought is that you are looking at the PCP and SPC and ER on your health insurance ID card and next to it will be the co-payment (co-pay) amounts that you will pay if you have to see a Primary Care Physician (PCP) or a Specialist (SPC). Some ID cards will list URG for an amount if you decide to go to an Urgent Care facility or physician.

A copayment, or copay, is a fixed amount of money that you pay out-of-pocket for a specific service. Copays generally apply to doctor visits, specialist visits, and prescription drug refills. Copay is a consumer payment for a medical service. The consumer usually pays it at the time the service provider performs their part. It is usually a fixed fee such as a $20 copay for an office visit.
